Menu Configuration: Ordering and Service

The Menu Configuration page (Menu → Menu Configuration) is where you decide how your menu behaves for customers, rather than what’s on it. It’s a short page with two things to set: the ways people can order, and whether they can call a waiter from their table.

How customers can order

Ordering is a set of toggles — Pickup, Dine-in, and Delivery — and you turn on whichever ones you actually offer. Click a chip to switch it on; click again to turn it off. Leave them all off and your menu becomes view-only: customers can browse it, but there’s no ordering button.

Switch on Delivery and two extra fields appear, because delivery has details the others don’t:

• Delivery fee — the flat charge added to a delivery order. Leave it empty for free delivery.
• Delivery radius — how far out you’ll deliver. Orders to an address beyond this won’t go through, which saves you turning them down after the fact.

Turn delivery back off and those fields tuck away again.

Waiter call

The Waiter Call switch adds a button to your in-restaurant menu that lets a seated guest call a server without flagging someone down. It’s most useful if you’re using Lekro at the table via QR codes; if your menu is mainly for takeaway and browsing, you can leave it off. Saving

Like the rest of the dashboard, nothing here changes until you save. As soon as you adjust anything, a small save bar appears at the bottom of the page showing how many changes are pending; click save and they go live. These settings tie into how orders work across your site — the ordering and delivery setup picks up from here once customers start placing orders.
